Forest School Services
I am a Forest School L3 practitioner with 10 years of experience leading outdoor education. I run child led, play based Forest school sessions that are hugely popular across my sites. I utilise a wide range of activities including: fire, campfire cooking, mud & clay, art & painting, bubbles, whittling & tool work & much more. My sessions are suitable across age ranges. I am an Outdoor First Aider, fully insured & provide risk assessments for your site.
I'm really impressed with the children's engagement in the sessions. They love it.
Parents are talking about it and saying how excited their children are to attend.

Alternative Provision
I work in a range of alternative provisions including pupil referral units. I offer both Forest school & confidence coaching in alternative provisions. This can be 1:1 or small group work.
My work is tailored to suit the culture & atmosphere of the provision, and bespoke to each young person.
Whilst working at Education Plus Clara worked with some of the hardest to reach and vulnerable students in the North East. Clara engaged the young people with a range of innovative and exciting projects that took students out of the classroom. The forest school programme helped improve students self esteem and gave them a real sense of achievement

Schools
I work on site to provide both small group forest school sessions and 1:1 confidence coaching from KS1 to KS4. Confidence coaching can meet Forest school & take place by a fire with a few Forest school activities such as marshmallow roasting to support the process. I can use school gardens, the field or wooded areas to deliver sessions.
Clara has been utterly amazing, we have all loved working with her and she has been amazing in support of our young people. I am hoping to be able to invite her back soon...

Staff Training & Workshops
A range of training is on offer including staff wellbeing sessions & outdoor education training. I also lead wellbeing workshops for groups including adult groups such as carers & parents alongside workshops for community & youth groups. All sessions are bespoke & designed specifically to meet the needs of the group.
Clara came in to deliver a series of 6 workshops for our youth group. She facilitated sessions on friendship issues, bullying, sex, consent & online safety. Clara is brilliant with young people. She can really get on teenager's wavelength and put them at ease. They listen to her and open up. The discussions & activities were fantastic!

Home Education
I work in homes & gardens to provide coaching and forest school for young people who may be home educated or who may be struggling with school. These provide an opportunity for young people to cook on the fire, craft & make, & talk about life. These sessions are specific to the needs of the young person with regular feedback & opportunities for reflection & discussion with parents & carers.
Clara has held engaging and fun sessions which have helped to give a 'toolbox' of self support measures to deal with daily difficulties, increasing confidence and meeting self set targets. The sessions are now included as part of a bespoke EOTAS package
